Protected devices, storage volume, retention period and recovery requirements affect cost. Full-system restoration, replacement hardware, cloud application backups and onsite recovery work may require separate coverage.

Is file synchronization the same as a backup?
Not necessarily. A synchronized deletion or unwanted change can spread to other devices. We review version history, retention and independent recovery options rather than assuming sync is enough.
How fast can we recover?
It depends on the data size, connection speed, equipment and recovery method. We agree realistic recovery objectives after assessing your environment.
Are Microsoft 365 files automatically included?
Only if the selected plan covers them. Device backup and cloud application backup can be separate services.
Will a backup keep us running during a hurricane?
It protects information but does not replace power, connectivity or workspace. Recovery planning considers those dependencies too.
